Welcome to Celune. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. General

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission to use this site. You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.

2. Products

Celune sells everyday gold jewelry. Our pieces are made with a 316L stainless steel base and an 18K gold PVD coating. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue a product at any time. We try to show our products as accurately as we can, but colors and sizes may look slightly different on your screen than in person. Sizes are listed on each product page.

3. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay for the items you order, plus any shipping and taxes shown at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, an item being out of stock, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. US orders of $35 or more (after discounts) ship free. Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for rates, delivery times and tracking.

6. Returns and Refunds

You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because earrings are worn close to the body, we can't accept pieces that have been worn. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for how to start a return, how refunds work, and what to do if an item arrives damaged or defective.

7. Care and Use of Jewelry

To keep your pieces looking their best, wipe them with a soft cloth and pat them dry after showering, and take them off before swimming in chlorine or using perfume and lotions. Our 316L stainless steel and gold PVD pieces are made to be worn every day, including in the shower. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by not following the care instructions, is not covered. Some people are sensitive to certain metals. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the materials listed on the product page before you buy, and stop wearing a piece if it irritates your skin.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Celune and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, share or use our content without our written permission.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission. We may close accounts that break these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
