Do ear cuffs hurt?

They shouldn't. A cuff should feel snug but not pinch. If it does, open it a hair wider before putting it back on.

Will an ear cuff fall off?

Once squeezed to fit on the thin ridge of the ear, cuffs stay on through a normal day. Take them off for sleep and sports.

Single cuff or a duo?

One cuff is subtle; a duo lets you wear one on each ear or stack two on one side for a fuller look.
