Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on US orders of $35 or more. The $35 threshold is based on your order total after discounts.

The exact options and rates for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. US delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and start from the ship date, not the order date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather or busy seasons can add time to delivery. If your order looks late, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
