- 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Earrings must be unworn and in original packaging, for hygiene reasons.
- If a piece arrives damaged or discolors within 12 months of normal wear, send us a photo and we'll replace it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
